As the year draws to a close, we at Hatashita Sports want to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of our sponsored athletes in 2024. This year was filled with milestones, hard-fought battles, and triumphant podium finishes. Olympic & Paralympic Games Success

We are immensely proud of our athletes who represented Hatashita Sports at the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games — the pinnacle of athletic achievement.
  • Liana Mutia secured a silver medal in the -57kg category at the Paralympic Games, showcasing her determination and skill.
  • At the Olympic Games, we had an impressive lineup of judoka:
    • Maria Laborde (-48kg)
    • Angelica Delgado (-52kg) – a three-time Olympian
    • Kristine Jimenez (-57kg, Panama)
    • Jack Yonezuka (-73kg)

World Championships Highlights

Six of our athletes competed at the 2024 World Championships in Abu Dhabi, displaying incredible grit and determination:

This event was especially significant as we bid farewell to Hannah Martin, who announced her retirement from competitive judo after this event. With an illustrious career that includes 4 Grand Prix medals and 4 Pan American Championship medals, and multiple international medals. Thank you, Hannah, for your incredible contributions to the sport and for inspiring so many along the way!

Junior World Championships (Dushanbe, Tajikistan)

Our rising stars shone brightly at the 2024 Junior World Championships, proving that the future of judo is in great hands:

  • Christopher Velazco (-60kg)
  • Dominic Rodriguez (-81kg)
  • Daniel Liubimovski (-100kg)
  • Alex Semeneko (+100kg), who achieved a commendable 7th place finish.

Senior Pan American Oceania Championships (Rio De Janeiro, Brazil)

  • Silver Medal: Angelica Delgado (-52kg)
  • Bronze Medal: Maria Laborde (-48kg)
  • 5th Place: Jack Yonezuka (-73kg)
  • 5th Place: Krstine Jimenez (-57kg)
  • 7th Place: Hannah Martin (-63kg)
