How to Mold Your FUJI Quick Fit Mouthguard
- Boil Water – Heat water until boiling, then remove from heat.
- Submerge Mouthguard – Place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
- Cool Briefly – Remove and let it cool just enough to safely place in your mouth.
- Fit & Press – Center over your upper teeth, bite down gently, and press with fingers and tongue for a snug fit.
- Seal the Fit – Hold for 60 seconds, then place in cold water to set.
- Test & Adjust – If the fit isn’t perfect, repeat the process once.
