1. Boil Water – Heat water until boiling, then remove from heat.
2. Submerge Mouthguard – Place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
3. Cool Briefly – Remove and let it cool just enough to safely place in your mouth.
4. Fit & Press – Center over your upper teeth, bite down gently, and press with fingers and tongue for a snug fit.
